Structured Solutions Early Bonus Plan 3
Detail: This capital protected plan from the German Bank West LB, is structured as a six-year investment but could mature after just 48 months. Return is linked to the performance of the FTSE 100. If the index has grown by 7% or more on the 2nd anniversary then the product matures and the investor receives back their original capital plus 14% growth.
Chelsea View:
This is an interesting plan bringing some diversity into the structured products market. The early maturity rates offer a good level of capital growth for a modest rise in the underlying FTSE100 index. Furthermore, if the plan runs its full term then investors will receive a fair 100% participation level in the index.
